Greetings once again! Sorry it's been a while since we've updated here. The story is too boring to go into so let's just say, expect things to be updated a little more frequently from now on.

We've got several irons in the fire right now. Currently, we're writing stuff for our new recording which we hope to be starting on this year in 2010. We've also just finished up a tour of New Zealand and Australia (which was a blast) so we're looking at expanding on that in the short term as well.

Hi once again! Apologies for the huge gap in updates. We've been busy on our Facebook, MySpace and ReverbNation pages so that'll give you a good idea of 'why' we haven't updated here lately. But anyhoo...

April is an exciting month in Human land to say the least. We have our OCEANIC ANNIHILATION NZ / AUS TOUR starting this month on April 29th in Christchurch. Tickets are available only at Cosmic Corner stores in NZ. The Australian leg of the tour which starts in mid May has tickets available online through Moshtix Australia.

Our travelling companions Defamer are primed and ready for their NZ debut so we're hoping you'll turn out to the shows to support us both and show them how good kiwi metal corwds can be. Check the SHOWS page for the dates and supports.

And keep an ear out on the following radio shows for interviews with the bands leading up to the gigs ie; The Axe Attack on April 25th, Cacophony on April 27th (CHCH) and Molten Metal Show mid April (AKL).

NEW YEARS EVIL commences tomorrow night at 8pm in Christchurch at The Bedford (cnr Madras St and Bedford Row). This is THE end of year rock/metal event in New Zealand - it'll be big, it'll be loud, it'll be awesome!!! The only thing left to say is ATTEND!

Attention Australia: HUMAN are coming!!! That's right, we four kiwi metal psychotics are venturing across the ditch in May 2010 to give you all a taste of our grind and leave you squealing from the feeling. Our mates in Brisbane based metal band Defamer will be joining forces with us as we tour New Zealand and Australia in late April and mid May so we want to see you all turning on the hometown spirit in support of the occasion. This is it - the final metal event of 2009, at Christchurch's premier venue The Bedford (cnr Madras St and Bedford Row). 5 bands, Jagermeister shots for early bird ticket holders, free bbq and quite probably the BEST new years experience you'll have had in a looong time. Hi all! Just a quick thanks to all of you that turned out to see us on our Horroween Tour. We'll be spending the rest of the year writing some more new songs and working on getting ourselves over to Australia with our mates Defamer from Brisbane. We'll be planning a few "out of the way" shows down south of NZ in early January before then though. Keep an eye / ear out for those dates soon!

We now have all of the extras we need for our new video for "Blasting Through The Foreheads Of The Dead." Filming commences on November 7th and we promise it's going to be a gore filled splat-fest!!! Stay tuned for the release date and internet debut date.

First off - a big THANKS to the local crowd and to RW Entertainment for bringing Cannibal Corpse to the south island and making it a great show to play at. We had a blast and hope all who attended will consider coming back to see what we do on our own backdrop! Awesome stuff.

BIG NEWS - We are filming a new video in the coming weeks. In fact, after our October 'HORRORWEEN' tour is done we'll be getting our film crew assembled and it's off to shoot a video for our latest track from 'Cadaver Academy' titled "Blasting Through The Foreheads Of The Dead." You can imagine what the video for the one will be like right? Yep, you guessed it...

And the October tour is ready to roll now so start spreading the word about it to everyone who'll listen. We'll have a dedicated tour page up here at the start of October.

First off you've noticed that we have a brand new looking website for HUMAN-METAL.COM! Yep, awesome. So with that said, you may have noticed that we have trimmed the fat and made the site more functional than it's been in a long time. All our links are listed below.

IMPORTANT UPDATE! We have just received word that our new album Cadaver Academy will see an official New Zealand wide release through Border Music on AUGUST 17th! This means that reliable CD stores throughout the country will stock our music and you don't have to wait for us to tour so you can buy our new album! Get your copy a.s.a.p. - who knows, they might sell out!

Okay so, the big news is that Soundworks Touring in Australia have announced an NZ Tour for CANNIBAL CORPSE in September and we are playing support for the Christchurch show at The Bedford on Tuesday, September 8th! Yes, we're all very excited to be sharing the stage with a bunch of legends like these guys so we hope you'll show up and give 'em the support they deserve. Who knows, big crowds for these guys may mean more overseas acts for us south islanders! Tickets are available from here.

And the next lot of big news comes in the wake of our new distribution deal with Border Music! Thanks to them, we can now proudly announce that our new album Cadaver Academy will be available in all good CD stores throughout New Zealand (including Real Groovy, JB Hi Fi, The Warehouse, CD / DVD Store) as of next month!!!

Human will be playing an all ages show in Christchurch at the end of August as well. Check the SHOWS page for the info on that one.

Our October HORROWEEN tour is in the final preparation stages. We'll be announcing supports acts soon - it'll be awesome! We'll have some new songs to play for you all in Auckland, Wellington and of course Christchurch!

Human's drummer Nikolas Kissel has pieced together a video clip for the song "Roid Rage" which you can find on our new album Cadaver Academy. The clip is now up on our YouTube channel here so go have a look and leave even leave a comment. The track was recorded live at our May 9th show in Christchurch at Al's Bar on the Cadaver Academy Album Release Tour this year!
